The Wealth of Objects!

I’m feeling very fortunate to be able to continue my creative process in my home workshop during a time when many workers are deeply affected by the current restrictions and limitations. As an upcycling artist I work with found materials and objects. This means I don’t need to purchase very many supplies which makes it possible to stay in production and continue with my hand crafted artworks. It’s given me an even deeper appreciation of the wealth of objects and materials that surround us in our everyday lives. Resourcefulness is becoming increasingly important and so I’m feeling extremely fortunate that I can keep working from home.

I look forward to the time when the Arts Market doors can reopen and we can re-establish connections with our customers and our fellow creatives. In the meantime I hope we can all keep calm and carry on.
